Happy 21st Anniversary Fergie!
UNI!
The workload is just getting more stressful every day. Can't even put enough thoughts down for my blog.We had another class dinner, but this time around i was the hostess. Will try and post what happened soon.
Scotland has started living up to its rep as per the weather,my ears nearly fell off due to the cold.It is not even funny but we shall survive it!
Takia guys!

I am not asking for McDreamy
How come some guys expect you to tolerate their faults while they can't/won't tolerate ours.Do you think that is fair-cause i don't.
Now i need to rant about my favourite programmes for their respective new seasons.
UK people, don't read further abeg, only if you are not bothered about knowing future storylines......
Grey's Anatomy-Is it me or is that programme slowly going downhill.I told myself i would stop watching it when they fired Isiah but the draw of MerDer is strong. Now the reason i am watching the show is being messed with-first they wanted to attach McDreamy and Meredith's sister, now i am hearing they are bringing a new woman into the picture. Why wont Shonda just allow MerDer to be together, isn't it time Meredith got healed-was this not the same woman asking to be loved and chosen 2 seasons ago?
Desperate Housewives-I am loving the Carlos/Gabrielle storyline, although why they didn't realise they were so much in love when they were both single? Now that silly Eadie is about to suss things out!
Heroes-Am not feeling the Hiro's storyline in Japan.I never realised until now that Peter petrelli was in Gilmore girls. The boy is cute sha and i miss his locks!
Facebook-Spamming in facebook is getting really annoying! My funwall is just filled with forwarded mails that have been sent to my mailbox-i am really thinking of removing that application.
Do random people poke you?I cant imagine how i would poke someone i don't know, well maybe if it was Blair Underwood(LOL!).If someone pokes me and i dont know the person-sorry i wont reciprocate

Dinner for five
I had fun celebrating Eid even though i still miss the Naija way.My classmate decided to cook dinner for me to celebrate the end of Ramadhan,we had planned that we were going to go to a restaurant before but my friend was like why don't we just chill and eat at home.We were like is he sure he can cook,he was like sure, what do we want to eat.Tope was like she wanted french cuisine and he said no problem.I was busy thinking to myself,"i hope i don't go there and disgrace myself" cause i am not very adventurous when it comes to food.
We asked him what ingredients should we bring,he was like no problem he would take care of everything.
Anyways not to just go there empty-handed,we got some plates, cutleries, cakes and some drinks.I didn't know what wine to pick but just gambled on a bottle that looked nice.
We walked round the town looking for his apartment cause his descriptions were very hazy at best.It was a policeman that actually showed us the way,who by the way seemed drunk to me,well maybe it was the accent:).We finally got to his place and we were surprised at the preparations, the food was smelling lovely!
We gisted for a while and my friend was tripping that his flatmate was italian(i also think italians can be so sexy),everyone was laughing and just generally had a good time.
The food was served,so the time of reckoning was here(LOL) for me and my taste buds. The presentation was on point almost looked like a restaurant meal-the only difference was the disposable plates:).I already could see so many things i have never eaten before on my plate, the meal was a combination of Italian and French food. The chicken was on point and that was what i used to neutralise the effect of the vegetable mix which had an odd taste.Long story short,i just ate the rice and the chicken and quickly took my plate to the kitchen to hide the evidence in the bin.In a gathering that had other Nigerians i knew i wouldn't be the only one with an ordinary taste in food so it was all good.
It was a great night out and am sure we will be doing more of it,i just need to train my taste buds to start accepting foods other than ogbono and egusi :(!

Fears
The oldest and strongest emotion of mankind is fear, and the oldest and strongest kind of fear is fear of the unknown.
-- H. P. Lovecraft.
We all have our fears in life don't we,even the most successful of people feel a level of apprehension for something. It might not be about money or relationships,it could be health fears.I have fears right now,i worry about my new degree.I have so many questions-Is it the right course for me?Would they expect something different from my old uni?If they do can i provide that something different? Will it get me the job i want and not just a job to make ends meet?
I have fears concerning marriage-Will i meet someone i like enough to marry? Will i ever completely forget my ex?Did my ex dent my emotions so much that i can't seem to find someone else? Will i give in to pressure just because all my friends are married?Do i care that the "love of my life" is getting married?
I have accepted that these fears are now part of me for now but also realised that the worst thing will be for me to worry excessively about them.If i worry now and don't buckle down enough to get the best out of my degree then some of my fears might well be confirmed.
I have accepted that there is no need to give in to pressure from people telling me/asking me why i am not married.I shouldn't settle for someone just because i am tired of people making snide remarks, they wouldn't be around when my "husband" starts getting on my nerves for no apparent reason.
I have accepted my Fears and I am living with them!
The conquest of fear lies in the moment of its acceptance.-Unknown.
As Bobby McFerrin says-Don't worry,Be Happy!

First week in Scotland
I never really thought i would live in a country where i don't feel completely safe walking around-this is nothing to do with crime though just a feeling of unease.Yesterday was funny,on my way to class i just felt like a jet-spray of water on my face,of course someone had spat,i didn't look to even know if it was done on purpose. The person might just have been careless, but people that know me know that i can be very finicky when it comes to hygiene.I wanted to faint seriously and to add insult to injury i couldn't find any toilet before the class started!I was not myself throughout the class.Immediately during the break i rushed off to look for some water! That just messed up my day a little but i am seriously not feeling this Scotland Oh.
I just go from Class to my student accomodation,i am still not comfortable in this town.Although i went out with some of my Nigerian classmates this weekend to some tourist attraction-that was fun.
I am hoping i eventually like this place though, fingers crossed!

20LEGEND
The BABY FACE ASSASSIN is forced to retire due to a persistent knee injury, this is really sad cause he is a United legend. He scored the winning goal at the final of 1999 champions' league,he may have been a super-sub but he was on target 99% of the time!
He is loved greatly by every united fan,he was a great professional although he was mostly played as a sub,you didn't hear any mumbling from him.It wasn't lack of ambition,he just knew what the club needed from him and he usually delivered as an impact player.
I am going to miss you Solskjaer but i hope you continue your career in Old trafford because you still have a lot to teach the youngsters.Thank you for the memories!
You will be missed and it was great you retired as part of the reigning premiership team, because that is what you really are, a CHAMPION!
"Who put the ball in the German's net
Who put the ball in the German's net
Who put the ball in the German's net
OLE GUNNAR SOLSKJAER"
"YOU ARE MY SOLSKJAER
MY ONLY SOLSKJAER
YOU MAKE ME HAPPY WHEN SKIES ARE GREY
COS ALAN SHEARER WAS F-IN DEARER
PLEASE DONT TAKE OUR SOLSKJAER AWAY!"
6 Premiership titles, 2 FA Cups,1 League Cup and 1 champions league winners' medal
Old trafford playing career->July 1996- August 2007
126 goals in 366 appearances

Relocation,Relocation,Relocation
Footie-I didn't know i still liked beckham oh,i think it was the Madrid factor that disturbed the United love i had for him.I was watching the England/Germany friendly and i just heard myself saying in reaction to someone's statement-"Beckham be careful don't injure yourself you have nothing to prove to anybody".It took me by surprise because i was always bitching about him when i watched him at the bernabeu,so i guess its real madrid i don't like!
United's start to the season has been shockingly poor,it's like we caught arsenalitis. We just tend to pass and pass, and not find the net,i want to believe the boys will wake up soon 'cause we cant afford to drop more points,we are already 5 points behind chelsea after only 3 games.Maybe the spirit of 92/93 is alive and we are going to win the premiership title the same way!
@my fellow United fans-Our twins might be coming in January,i am watching them now at the Fifa U-17 world cup. Here
Fergie is really building for the future but the present situation i am not finding funny, hope we get a cure for the arsenalitis syndrome soon.I don tire for all the mocking calls and texts!
Facebook-I read an article about facebook and the thing scared me sha,but really how come anybody can just tag your pictures. It seems FB can also be used as a tool for identity theft?!I cant find the article anymore but i was almost tempted to delete my account. This was the general idea of the article here though
I have still not found a place and i am supposed to be moving in 2 weeks,i am sure i will be stuck with the university accommodation so there will be no guests for a while.
Have a lovely weekend! It's going to be a long weekend for us here, hope the weather doesn't affect the carnival sha.

Parental control
I can imagine my parents coming to tell me they had candidates for me to date,i would know there was something seriously wrong. There are some shows that would never work in Naija sha.
I was watching a Nigerian film where this babe was sleeping with her ex.They didnt get married because he wasn't ready and there was pressure from her mother for her to start giving her grandkids.Anyways she meets someone else who was ready to marry her, fast forward some years-she has a kid but her husband was usually out of town.So she called her ex to act as her splackavellie.I was now wondering do people have that person in their life that could ever tempt them to cheat on their partner. My friend stated once that she suspects that i could be tempted to cheat on my husband with my Ex(that's how much i liked him),i want to believe that's not true though.
The premiership is back and i know that's what will take up my weekend.I am so excited and nervous at the same time,i hope it will be a back to back premiership title for United.I should put a tenner on it,Hehe!
Have a lovely weekend!

Community Shield-Manchester United vs Chelsea
Tevez finally gets to join Manchester United, who remembers this episode here. Now he is joined and the longest transfer saga is over for now.Let's see how he and Rooney will play together,i am excited and i hope he proves he was worth the hassle.
Manchester United played Chelsea in this season's community shield at the New Wembley on Sunday.United drew the first blood with Giggsy but Malouda equalised just before the end of the first half, there were no goals in the second half so it went to penalties.
Lampard,Shaun Wright-phillips and Pizarro had their penalties saved by Van der Sar,while Rooney,Carrick and Ferdinand scored theirs for United.I have no fear of the community shield jinx because it would be broken again this year!
The season starts from next weekend, here is to many more twists and turns which i hope ends in Manchester United's favour!

Once upon a time in disneyland
I didn't even imagine i would be travelling this month, but anyways that's how this Paris trip popped up.I was complaining to my friend that i needed a break and he came up with the idea of us going to Paris/Disneyland,I was already planning to go with my sister to the one in yankee but i don't trust those embassy people ,so this was a better option.I had my Schengen Visa from my previous trip so that one was no wahala.
The hotel was not too far from Disney, agbaya like me i couldn't go on many rides, that's what watching CSI can do to you. They are celebrating their 15 year anniversary so there were many more activities going on.The rides that i managed to go on were cool even though they were not full of thrills,my expressions in the pics were bad enough for me not to purchase them. The teacup ride made me queasy somehow some people were trying to make it go really fast,i was too glad when it was over. The studio tour tram ride, complete with explosions was fun, they showed us how they filmed explosion scenes. They also did the earthquake scenes with huge surge(where did the vocab. come from, hehe) of water.Anyway sha the boat was shaking so much i had to hold onto a pole,it was mad exciting.
The first day i took a picture with goofy at the hotel since mickey was hiding somewhere,i can swear the guy was trying to tap current.Even costumes can't stop some guys sha.
I wanted to go onto the Eiffel tower but once again the queue would not allow me,the pics i took of it were not so clear, guess i was too far away.
Even the food in the hotel was not bad,the breakfast spread was cool unlike some places were they give you one slice of bread cut into two, chei.
Moving around was not too easy with me and my friend not particularly fluent in french(particularly ko,not even one bit sef) and with english-speaking people few and far between or they could have been pretending. There was this hawt black guy that i saw and decided to ask for directions, see me trying to use my JS3 French and one yeye phrase book
Classy...Bonjouir(My friend was busy laughing behind)
Hawt guy...Bonjouir
Classy..... la gare routière(those phrase books are not too helpful with pronunciation sha).I was surprised he understood it,because i was sure i was murdering the language, lol
Hawt guy...... traversez "something something" de la rue .............
Classy(busy looking at his face and daydreaming)
After he had finished giving his directions,i just nodded and said Merci, cussing that i cldn't speak french.I am sure the poor guy thought he had passed on some good information.
It was fun sha,Paris is a cool place to visit but i doubt if i can live there.
This trip didn't even prevent me from blog stalking,i am glad the hotel had a good Internet connection.
For footie lovers, this is the video of the new Manchester United 9yr old recruit. The boy looks good sha for his age

3-I don't like flying,i want to visit so many places but the thought of flying usually puts me off.I wish there was a way i could travel by road to Naija,i usually sleep through the flight.
4-I am not a seafood person,i can do without ever eating fish or shrimp
5-I can't stand Indomie noodles, although everyone in my house (apart from my parents) love it,my brother and my sister can eat it as 3 meals for a day, everyday
6-I don't drink any form of alcohol, even fruit wine-my friends think it's so boring of me
7-I love "Friends" so much,i cried when the final episode was aired.I do really well when i take the quizzes, the comment after i check the scores is usually "you need to get out more".lol
8-I love motivational books et al,my favourites are "who moved my cheese","rich dad poor dad","what they don't teach you at harvard business school"
9- I would rather stay home than go to parties,i have told so many fibs just because i didn't want to go out.I love my own company so much, i am a real couch potato
10- I can live on biscuits and chocolates,i reduce the consumption of junk food when i notice my jeans/pants are getting tighter
11- My fears-I have a fear of heights(Acrophobia(Hehe)),i find it difficult to even cross over-head bridges.I have a HUGE fear of dogs,i can disgrace myself all because of a dog-it happened when i was going to Naija,i didn't know they had started using sniffing dogs just after passport checks, as i saw the dog like this, i just threw my bag on the floor and ran,i didn't even care if they thought i was carrying drugs.People were just laughing,i no send oh.
12-I hate! injections,i would rather take 50 tablets, i was fond of running round the hospital room, until i was held down by my mom or a nurse

Manchester trip
I was so excited to be at old trafford,i went there when i first got to the UK but even with this second tour the experience was still great.Although there was no match going on, the vibe around was still high.I was wondering how much they made with all these tours, because we had many groups there even those that are not united fans buying souvenirs and all.My next trip should be the Inter Milan match, hope my friend delivers with the ticket
My friends and i went to the cinema later in the day,and it was fun and the film was cool(Die hard 4.0),i don't watch too many action films but i had watched the other die-hard films and i just had to watch it,i wasn't disappointed.we were stuffing our faces with chocs and sweets-with my head warning me about my recent allergy attack but did i listen-nope.I am trusting that i can never be allergic to Chocolates,my sweet tooth is too much for that,i know my God can't play me like that.Hehe! We left the Cinema around 12a.m,and we didn't want to take a cab,so we ran most of the way scaring ourselves with our over-imaginative minds saying that we were being followed. It was scary and fun at the same time.
Some guys can be very funny oh,i ran into an "acquaintance" today who i had worked with recently, see me waving with all enthusiasm and the guy just greeted me with his eyes.I was like wtf,he was with a girl so i suspect she was his girlfriend, but i was still wondering whether that was a good reason for him to chin me,the girl can't be that insecure. It's not his fault sef,i broke my pledge of not raising my hand in greeting 1st,QC girls taught me this good lesson!
Fourth child was kidnapped in Portharcourt, but he has been released,no one can tell me these people are still interested in development projects,it's now all about greed.Involving kids is really the most inhumane thing they can do.God help us in Nigeria!
I went for my first bbq of the "summer",it was fun, gists galore.Met my "ex",didnt even know he was in town,it's true when they say it's a small world.Thank God for no lingering feelings even of resentment-nothing; i am so glad that ship has really sailed, but he still looked good.I was glad i actually convinced myself into doing my weave.
Sales!Sales!Sales!-why am i not excited about this summer's sales,is it becos of the not so sunny weather we've been getting, although today was not too bad.I tried to window shop but got tired within half an hour, maybe i will try again next weekend, don't really like shopping but i love great bargains.
Footie-Watched the Nigeria "under-20" boys in action against Zambia,i have to say i was impressed with the boys, the first goal came within 2 minutes but Zambia equalised and then the second goal by Akabueze was like wow,it came out of nothing but it was a great goal.Trust Nigerian fans with their chants and sound bites, the band was playing non-stop i actually had nostalgic feelings. The winning goal was really befitting, the better team won.
*sob* sob*-Nigeria is out of the competition, we are currently losing 3-0 in extra-time,it's like the boys just collapsed like a pack of cards. They tried sha, they got to the quarters, better luck(training) next time
Didn't know this was the yahoozee dance, actually saw it in dbanj's why me video, this was ideye doing it after scoring against Costa rica

Alex Hitchens-To be or not to be
I was just telling myself is this the time you should look like Will Smith, you had to choose the allergy ridden phase, ehn?!My housemate couldn't believe it cause she had just seen me five minutes before it all happened, just to show how much change could occur in the body within a short period of time. The worst part is i still don't know what caused the reaction,i hope it's not something i love eating and my body has now decided it doesn't want to be a temple to it anymore!
I went to the GP today,i had to wear my shades,i am sure people were wondering why i was cause it wasn't sunny,if they only knew i was being considerate.Got some antihistamine and so normality resumes-almost!
P.S. What is Nigeria really turning into,kidnapping a three-year old girl.Here
She has now been released, heard her interview, she was sounding chirpy. The newsperson said the only thing was that she had mosquito bites all over. The militants saw reason at least

Birthday party?!
This reminded me of the time my friend took us to double 4 for her birthday, we had enjoyed ourselves, made a lot of noise, the usual teenage shenanigans.O.k time to pay, and that’s how she started counting the money o, only for her to announce it wasn't enough. We looked at her like you must be joking, who will come and wash plate in double 4, we told her "my friend better count the money again o", can u imagine after doing butter throughout she now expects us to start relaying tales to the waiter. Thank God sha, the issue was that because the notes were new, some were sticking together; so after all no washing of plates.Phew!I can imagine how the gist would have spread round school then, it would have turned into Chinese whispers!
P.S.I ended up not going to the London eye, I saw the queue and I was not like there was no way I was going to be doing that. Maybe next time I would get there early and not stroll there at 3.45.Those people are making money o, at 14.50pounds and they still have that kind of long queue.

Sweet valley high
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070608/ap_en_tv/tv_grey_s_anatomy_washington
Racism-this form/excuse is too crazy,a nigerian guy in belgium was refused a job apparently because of a "racist" dog.Na wah o,using dog as an excuse now, that's a new one.
http://news.scotsman.com/latest.cfm?id=905102007
Oh my,i can't believe i came across this book again. These books got me into trouble in school so many times, started with Sweet valley kids,Sweet valley twins then Sweet valley high and of course Sweet Valley University. We were not satisfied with reading them at home but during classes, pretending we were reading the class text with the novel placed inside.Trust some girls, because of the craze they usually make sure they have the latest ones just to be the center of attention.I wonder how we passed our exams then,we were not passing textbooks round the class but sweet valley series.I even watched the the tv adaptation,my favourite character was Elizabeth, the level-headed twin and i was always rooting for her and Todd.
I wont forget the day the biology teacher caught me,she actually tore the book right in front of me, i was almost in tears-the book wasn't even mine.Did we learn?nope, we continued but picked partners in crimes to be on the look-out if a teacher is staring for too long.Memories........Before Mills and Boons, there was Sweet Valley!
Sister Sledge - Frankie
Rant-See how my dry throat wanted to disgrace me on the train this morning, anybody that has been on the train b4 9 in the morning, know how the thing is as packed as a tin of sardine.Have you ever had this dryness in your throat that you need to cough properly to clear it?That's how this stupid thing started,i was still playing chic clearing my throat quietly, for where, this thing hooked me so much that my eyes were watering.I just covered my mouth and coughed well, you shld have seen the people by my side shifting slyly, who send them ,do they want me to choke here.haba.
Random thot-Did Edie really commit suicide on desperate housewives or are they playing games with us, i would have thot she was stronger than that.
BB Update-Emily and Shabnam are up for eviction, i think Shabnam will be the one to go but who knows with the british public.News flash-Emily has left the building, she was removed from the house because she said: "Are you pushing it out, you nigger?" to Charley. What is it with confinement bringing out racist tendencies in people.Same thing with Jade on celebrity big brother.Although Charley didn't really think there was much to it,she felt she didn't mean it to be offensive. So on that basis there will be no eviction this week.
Footie-England played Estonia and it ended 3-0,goals by Cole,Crouch and Owen.David played really well despite struggling after twisting an ankle, pity he is going to the US to play "Soccer",but with the money involved who can resist.
-Nigeria still lead the way in their Group despite their surprise{not really when it comes to super(?!) eagles} 2-1 loss in Uganda in the 2008 African Cup of Nations qualifiers.

Statistics
Reminds me of an experience i had way back in secondary school,i was innocently walking from the back gate of my school towards flavours to get something to eat when my friends and i encountered this weird looking guy standing by a car, instead of us to look ahead we were wondering what he was up to.The guy did not disappoint by flashing us,to say i was shocked was an understatement ,trust teenage girls we just giggled and crossed to the other side.who knows maybe he just escaped from the psych ward at yaba right. There are too many sick people in this world,God help us
P.S-Brazil drew with England in a friendly which took place at Wembley,am glad England didn't win or else they might start fooling themselves into thinking they are playing well again.Although Brazil scored the equalizer in the final seconds of the game, that kind of thing can pain.It was a good match though and Beckham put his doubters to shame again.
BB Update, the only guy is now in the house and the girls are all over him,the twist wont make it easier because he has the power to vote someone out for the next eviction. So there would be some serious sucking up.

Big brother is back!
BB6-Makosi and Science were my favourite housemates,i still want to understand how Anthony won that show ,he just had the "looks" but there was nothing to him.I am sure Makosi would have won if she had not told so many tales!
I didn't watch much of BB7 becos housemates just started walking out of the show and also if i had watched Nikki for an extra day i would have broken my TV!
I am looking forward to this show,i don't know why i waste precious hours/minutes watching this show but i just cant take my eyes away.If that is not crash tv i dont know what is,maybe i need to go to Big brother Anonymous! My name is classy babe and i am a big brother addict.......
Update:This series is different, seems for now it's going to be 11 women and 1 man(who comes in on friday).I am already noticing the weird(more like weirder) ones in the house.Let the twists and turns begin.......
The NIGERIAN PROCLAMATION
In recent history, Nigerians have been overwhelmingly betrayed by those charged with addressing their needs. Instead of serving the people, public servants have served themselves to the detriment of the masses. The result is a nation lacking adequate infrastructure, organisation and security.
The ineffectiveness of Nigerian leaders indicates a lack of accountability to their constituents. Nigerians are no longer relevant to their leaders, thus, leaders do not feel responsible to them.
The recent failure to conduct a free and fair electoral process was yet another illustration that the needs of the many are secondary to the wants of the important few.
From this day, all Nigerians are responsible for the future of this great & powerful country. Consequently, all Nigerians must commit themselves to the following:
1. We must demand that elected officials be held accountable for their actions and in-actions.
2. We must expect democratic principles to be honoured, respected and maintained.
3. We must believe that all Nigerians are equal under the law and should be treated as such.
4. We must apply ourselves to improving the lot of every individual Nigerian regardless of gender, religion, tribe or social status.
5. We must strive to maintain a united republic despite our differences.
Only upon achieving these principles can we as a people fully live up to our potential as a land of greatness. For ours is a country renowned for its illustrious people, ample resources and sheer physical beauty.
N.B.This is our voice being heard-the post is part of Solomonsydelle's movement to raise awareness about the "democracy" issues in Nigeria
It seems the bbc news website noticed the proclamation...

Cheaters
1)The girl is caught cheating just before her engagement, and when she is caught she is busy telling Greco that she is not the one in the video and they got her look-alike to set her up.Is she serious?
2)The girl who was being cheated on by her girlfriend-with her brother. That is the family dinners gone to the bin
3)The guy that attacked the crew with a paint ball gun
Why is that when these people are caught, that's when they usually realize they don't love their partners anymore, did they need a television crew to make them realize this.To imagine Greco has been stabbed, but i have never seen that episode
What would you do if you see Greco and his crew,i cant even imagine what i would do,the worst case scenario would be if the cheated partner was a GUY!

Ignorance in love
Why do we do this to ourselves,do we give guys the opportunity to eat their cake and have it.I have heard so many girls say as long as he shares his time equally and i don't know who the other lady is,am fine.Is that really good enough,i know it shouldn't be but i have filled those shoes before and it didn't last because you always look for ways to be he number 1 in his life.
P.S.-I really need a job, what's the use of a degree if i can only get survey jobs and stock taking. If not for this masters i really should be moving back to Nigeria. My parents have been hounding me to come home and "settle down" which really means come home and get married. With all the money i have spent on a degree in this country don't they think they owe me.LOL!!!!!!!!

Pastry Shoes
When i heard the name on the show Run's house,i was just wondering what will these shoes look like.I have finally seen them and i think they look cool, probably not my cup of tea but so many people have had great things to write about them.Although with about 50 good reviews there is one which states that the shoes are uncomfortable. So what do you think, who has one one and are they comfy?

He's Just Not That Into You
Here is an excerpt from the book:
Dear Greg,
I met a really cute guy at a bar this week. He gave me his number and told me to give him a call sometime. I thought that was kind of cool, that he gave me control of the situation like that. I can call him, right?
Lauren
Dear Control Freak,
Did he give you control, or did he just get you to do the heavy lifting? What he just did was a magic trick: It seems like he gave you control, but really he now gets to decide if he wants to go out with you — or even return your call. Why don't you take Copperfield's number, roll it in a newspaper, pour milk in it, and make it disappear.
"Give me a call." "E-mail me." "Tell Joey we should all hang out sometime." Don't let him trick you into asking him out. When men want you, they do the work. I know it sounds old school, but when men like women, they ask them out.......................
Footie
A.I.G-Almost in Greece
That's the name now coined from our sponsors because we were "kicked" out of the Champions League because that's what really happened.Still too painful so i won't even bother blogging about it.LOL!
Baros was given a three match suspension and i think he deserved it because i doubt he would have made that gesture if it was a white player, according to him he said there was nothing racist in his gesture and that he had only wanted to signify to M'Bia that he should move back and let him "breathe".Yeah right i can see how that gesture will allow him to breathe.Ode!

Manchester United -Never do it the easy way
Then Lo and behold Bolton equalised but the Chelsea fans were still able to Cheer when they heard we were 2-0 down.Anyways thank God for the keeper and phil neville(once a red, always a red)(although i pitied him cause of the own goal) we were back in the game.We all know how the game ended,my prayers were finally answered Rooney scored(heard they had been giving him stick all night, chanting Rooney what's the score?),the United fans duly replied after the goal with the same chant and he kindly obliged them by using his hands to indicate_3-2,the everton fans were not well pleased.Eagles topped up the remarkable comeback to make it 4-2.This was just another day in the life of a Typical United fan.
